Hewat of Edinburgh
A long established workwear store within the ground floor and basement of an existing tenement in the Centre of Edinburgh has been refurbished with the principle that the original ethos was to remain a 'family-run, traditional, customer-friendly ' shop. Existing areas were reorganised to provide not only the support spaces required but also maximum retail area, whilst still encouraging but 'controlling' customers. Traditional display units were refurbished and reused and new elements designed to be in keeping with these.
Further display design was undertaken for trade shows and exhibitions that would allow ease of assembly, maximum display of goods and also control of the space.
