Gourmet Burger Kitchen
This new restaurant occupies the lower floors of an existing New Town building in the centre of Edinburgh. Natural materials, and daylight brought into the end of a deep plan, have been utilised to rationalise the space whilst providing a warm and inviting interior. The oak wall, as well as formally connecting the length of the space, contains the bar, kitchen and back of house facilities. A new simple shopfront has also been designed to allow the dining areas to open up to the south side of George Street.
